5. Platform Liability
- User-published content: each user remains responsible for the content they publish, share, or distribute on Fabuloop.
- Service operation: Fabuloop implements reasonable means to ensure the accessibility, security, and proper functioning of the platform, without guaranteeing continuous and uninterrupted availability.
- Limitation: Fabuloop cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the service, the conduct of a user, force majeure, an external technical failure, or temporary unavailability of the service.

In the event of abuse or non-compliance with the rules, Fabuloop may take proportionate measures, including hiding content, restricting certain features, temporarily suspending, or deleting the relevant account.

7. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

The user may also stop using the platform at any time, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that remain applicable.
8. Intellectual Property and Languages
- Intellectual property: the elements making up Fabuloop, including its trademark, name, texts, interfaces, visuals, logos, graphics, and features, are protected by the applicable rules relating to intellectual property.
